Thursdays during term time

Session 1 - 4.45-5.15 p.m.
Session 2 - 5.15-5.45 p.m.
Session 3 - 5.45-6.30 p.m.
Session 4 - 6.30-7.15 p.m.
Session 5 - 7.15-8.00 p.m.

The swimmers are grouped according to their ability. Beginners start off in the earlier ½ hour groups and progress up into the later ¾ hour sessions.
